Bermuda Festival’s “Stand Up”

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm - 12/05/2022

“Stand Up” spans genres with effortless artistry while including original compositions and covers such as Prince’s “The Beautiful Ones” (Pop); The Cranberries “Zombie” (Post-Grunge); Lizz Wright’s “Idolize You” (Jazz/Pop); and of course, 2020’s show stopping “Stand Up” written by Cynthia Erivo for the movie Harriet. Ms. Barnum’s vocal range will delight audiences as she moves from a soulful tenor resonance to soaring Soprano.  Celebrating and supporting our Bermuda youth, Stand Up will include a cameo appearance from a local youth choir who will be joining Ms Barnum for this two-night performance.

Joy T. Barnum will show us once again why her octave-crossing performances have turned heads and gained the Bermudian soul singer the opening act position for international artists The Four Phantoms & Heather Nova.
